Hot news from Venghai movie: Sun Pictures has reportedly opted out of distributing yet another Hot Tamil film. After shelving a few films, including recent release Hot Avan Ivan, it has now dropped Latest who got National award Dhanush starrer Venghai. Sun Pictures which had snapped up Hari's Hot Venghai with Dhanush and Hot actress Tamanna Bhatia in the lead have backed off and are no longer associated with the project. Now, the producer of the hot film has decided to release the Hot film on his own throughout Tamil Nadu. Bharathi Reddy planning to releasing it directly and will also take care of the publicity. Bharathi Reddy is in talks with distributors to finalize things and to ensure that all goes smoothly. The Sun Pictures, which distributed Dhanush's Aadukalam last year, had earlier acquired the rights of the film.


Venghai has received U/A certificate from the Censor Board. It features Dhanush, Hot Tamanna Bhatia and Rajkiran in the leads, which is directed by Hari. The movie is expected to hit the screens on July 1.Devi Sri Prasad's music is getting talked about and all signs point to this album becoming a big hit. This is Dhanush's first release after his Latest National award and his fans are eager to see his next offering.


Dhanush’s upcoming Tamil movie Venghai is all set to hit the screens on June 24. Hari, who has started the movie’s promotions, has opened up on the film by saying that the climax of the film will touch the audience.


Hari has said that he has made the film with his typical style. Venghai is an action-oriented flick but the climax of the film is different. In his words, it will touch the heart of the audience. The director says that the film has come out well and he is happy with the lead stars’ performance.


The movie stars Dhanush and Hot Tamanna Bhatia in the lead roles. It also features Rajkiran, Prakash Raj, Ganja Karupu and others in the cast. Venghai is produced by Bharathi Reddy and distributed by Sun Pictures.

Velayudham audio song Hits from July?

Hot news from Vijay's Velayudham: After postponing the audio release for  few times, the makers of the upcoming Hot Tamil film for Vijay is  Velayudham has finalized the date for the music launch function. It is believed that the audio will hit the stores on July 5.

Reports have it that the makers of the Velayudham film were planning to release it on Vijay’s birthday (June 22). But as they are planning to release the movie in August, the movie bosses felt that they would not get enough time to publicize the Velayudham movie. Hence, the album will be launched on July first week.

Vijay Velayudham music director Vijay Anthony has composed the music. The audio, having seven songs, has been acquired by Sony Music. The movie is directed by Jayam Ravi and produced by Aascar Ravichandran.

Aarya and Vishal starrer Avan Ivan has been released last friday. The movie, which has attracted the audience with the lead stars' different looks in the film, is set at the backdrop of comedy. As promised, the movie has delivered its best. Read on for the movie review.

Story:
From the movie Avan Ivan Step brothers Walter Vanangamudi (Vishal) Kumbideran Saamy (Aarya) were born in the family of thieves. While Walter could not tread the path of his elders, Dandam Saaru becomes an expert thief. Their mothers quarrel with each other very often, but they remain united when it comes to attack others. Highness is the zamindar of the village. He keeps advising the family not to force Walter to turn a thief, as he has a lot of acting talent in him.

At this stage, cops take Walter to unlock a locker in a judge's house. But he could not open it. Later, Saamy opens it easily. During the course, while Walter falls in love with a constable (Janani Iyer), Thenmozhi, a college student (Madhu Shalini), traps Saamy. However, situation turns serious when the zamindar gets an illegal cattle transporter, who was taking it to an abattoir, arrested. What happens next forms the interesting part of the story.

Performance:
Vishal, who is known as an action hero, has given his best performance till date. Thanks to Bala for bringing his best out of him. Perhaps for the first time in the south Indian film history, an artiste worked all through the film with a squint eye. His expression of ‘Nava Rasas’ just after the interval is superb and it really needs a standing ovation. Even his expressions in the climax scene are extraordinary. Aarya has done complete justice to his role. Madhushalini and Janani Iyer are adequate. GM Kumar, who played the role of Highness, is to be complimented for his performance.

Technical:
Arthur A Wilson’s cinematography is good. Arthur A Wilson’s has picturised the action scenes and songs well. Editing by Srikara Prasad is adequate. However, a few scenes in the first half could be chopped. Yuvan Shankar Raja has given mass tunes that suit the taste of Tamil audiences. Last but not least, it is Bala, who should be complimented for his efforts in bringing out the film. Like a crusher that squeezes the last drop from a sugarcane, he has literally extracted every drop of talent from Vishal. The screenplay, the narration and the directorial talents are extraordinary.

The Sri Lankan Tamils issue is also expected to be on the agenda, with the State Assembly adopting a unanimous resolution seeking New Delhi and other countries to impose sanctions on Sri Lanka for the way it had been handling the Tamils issue. Jayalalithaa's visit will not see her meet Congress chief Sonia Gandhi, but if her confidence is an indicator, the AIADMK chief will look to engage the Centre on a range of issues, including resettlement of Tamils in Sri Lanka since DMK is no longer the sole voice on such matters.

BCCI against UDRS in the England Series?

Hot news from BCCI: Yet another Test series for the Indian cricket team(2011 World Champion) and once again there will be no Decision Review System (DRS)(Hot decision from Worldcup). Why? Because the Board for Cricket Control in India (BCCI) has vetoed the usage of DRS in the four-Test cricket series against England. Again why? Isn't the system meant to root out wrong decisions?

To get the answers, one has to go back to the first time DRS was used in a series involving India and that was also the first time the system was experimented in international matches. India, in that series against Sri Lanka were at the receiving end of the system, as most of the decision the DRS overturned went against them. And ever since the players, Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid and M S Dhoni have been against the DRS rules. The players argue that DRS is ineffective until a more effective and fool-proof method like the Hot-Spot is used. They have their point as well, the Hawk-eye technology that is currently used for the Decion Review System(DRS) has time and again appeared vulnerable to wrong decisions. If one remembers the various instances in the World Cup where caught behind reviews were almost always overturned, the case is out in the open. On the other hand, the Hot-Spot is a method, which is more accurate in finding out the faint edges and ball's contact with the bat while referring to a LBW appeal and is thus more likely to give correct reviews. But on the flip-side, it is a very expensive method. Well, when will India opt to use Decion Review System(DRS) is now anybody's guess. As it is, at least in the current circumstances it appears that until a more fool-proof method is used there won't be a Test involving India with the Decion Review System(DRS) in use.

After a big schedule in Chennai's Binny Mills, the cast and crew of Simbu Latest hot movie 'Vettai Mannan' will soon leave for Brazil to shoot some important scenes, including pulsating stunt sequences.

Hot news from Aaranya Kaandam movie:After being in the crosshairs in the International circuit for its awards and in the National sector for the struggle with the censor board, Hot Aaranya Kandam produced by SPB Charan and directed by newcomer Thyagarajan Kumararaja has finally hit the screens today.


Aaranya Kandam is a gangster flick that records the events that happen in the life of a few of them on a Hot particular day. It is Hot about normal people caught in unexpected situations and their transformations.


The expectations about the Hot film have been on the high and the team has not disappointed their Hot fans. It is hard to believe that AK is the maiden directorial venture of Kumararaja because the director has structured every frame and character in his Hot film with brilliant dexterity. The manner of narration and Hot screen play is commendable. The major players who help him deliver his aces are his pivot leads, music director, editor and Hot cinematographer which goes on to reiterate the fact that Hot cinema is only a team game.


AK does not follow the usual structure of First Half-Second Half, but sticks to the formula of Act 1, 2 and 3. This may look quite odd for our audiences for it takes more time for the conflict to pop up. And Kumararaja has not resorted to any unnecessary frills anywhere.


Well etched out characters mark AK. Jackie Shroff, the yesteryear dream hero from Bollywood makes his Tamil appearance with authoritative aplomb. His portrayal as the ageing gangster Annachi is commendable and his body language when he attempts to jive and remove his cloths with arrogance in his eyes but weakness in his body is just a sample. The Hot opening scene where his anguish at not able to perform with Hot Yasmin Ponnappa is a treat to watch. Wonder if such masculinity deficient protagonists were shown earlier in our films.


Sampath as the thinking Pasupathy sashays through his role effortlessly and his eyes speak for most parts. Somasundaram as the disgraced Zamindar in debt delivers a superior performance and so does Master Vasanth as his son. Though at times, we may feel that Hot young boy is over-reacting it’s justified through the situations. We see him dominating his father, but at the same time, his childishness is also exhibited suggesting the paradox in such a character.


Wow, is it Ravi Krishna? The lad has lost oodles of weight and looks much younger hot too  and his essaying of the naïve Sappai is effective. Although Hot Yasmin Ponnappa’s dialogue delivery creates an impression of a lower IQ Hot girl, the debutant delivers what is needed for the role with ease.

Realistic and natural dialogues spice up the proceedings of AK. Sample this during the final touch-up between Sampath and the young boy when the former asks the latter ‘Unakku appava rumba pidikkuma?’ and the boy replies ‘Appadi yellam illa, aana Appa’. The profundity of this simple phrase is striking. And also Hot Yasmin’s final statement “The best thing about being a woman is in man’s world’ is bound to be a hit with all women. Kumararaja makes amends with his Hot women audience in this pithy expression for his statements of Hot women in the earlier part of the film. The analogy of dhoti with rich and poor is noteworthy and so is the defining of a character by their preference for Rajni or a Kamal film.


The justification that comes through the example of ‘ecological web chain –worms, fish, man’ is appreciable. The flawed human nature is brought out when Somasundaram lamenting about his luck on losing the telephone number doing a complete volte face on receipt of the same.


Intelligent humor is sprinkled all over and is enjoyable. While the major story proceeds as a conflict between Jackie Shroff and Sampath, the ultimate twist during climax is something unpredicted and makes the proceeding all the more worthwhile.


Yuvan Shankar Raja is one of the major plusses for AK. Yuvan experiments with different pattern of Hot Back Groun Musiq are brilliant. The solo violins, guitars and mild fill-ins (credits to sound engineer) enhances the visual feel. It is heartening to hear such pleasant sounds in place of the deafening notes that are generally found in such a premise.


Cinematography by Vinod is a treasure for the film. He has avoided using unwanted tones and his placement of angles is appreciable. Transition through editing is simple and neat. The picturization of the climax action sequence between Sampath and Gajendran is done in an interesting manner and deserves loud plaudits.


The only minus point if any, or in fact the movie's biggest plus point is that it is made keeping in mind experimental and true cinema lovers. Entertainment cinema lovers might find the proceeding a little slow at few instances. But at the end of the day, hope every cinema lover embrace such movies so that more filmmakers come forward to experiment with such products.
