BCCI against UDRS in the England Series?

Hot news from BCCI: Yet another Test series for the Indian cricket team(2011 World Champion) and once again there will be no Decision Review System (DRS)(Hot decision from Worldcup). Why? Because the Board for Cricket Control in India (BCCI) has vetoed the usage of DRS in the four-Test cricket series against England. Again why? Isn't the system meant to root out wrong decisions?

To get the answers, one has to go back to the first time DRS was used in a series involving India and that was also the first time the system was experimented in international matches. India, in that series against Sri Lanka were at the receiving end of the system, as most of the decision the DRS overturned went against them. And ever since the players, Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid and M S Dhoni have been against the DRS rules. The players argue that DRS is ineffective until a more effective and fool-proof method like the Hot-Spot is used. They have their point as well, the Hawk-eye technology that is currently used for the Decion Review System(DRS) has time and again appeared vulnerable to wrong decisions. If one remembers the various instances in the World Cup where caught behind reviews were almost always overturned, the case is out in the open. On the other hand, the Hot-Spot is a method, which is more accurate in finding out the faint edges and ball's contact with the bat while referring to a LBW appeal and is thus more likely to give correct reviews. But on the flip-side, it is a very expensive method. Well, when will India opt to use Decion Review System(DRS) is now anybody's guess. As it is, at least in the current circumstances it appears that until a more fool-proof method is used there won't be a Test involving India with the Decion Review System(DRS) in use.
